I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Chengdu for a short business trip. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is right next to popular shopping centers like IFS and Taikooli. The hotel offers free parking, which is a great convenience. The rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay. The bathroom is luxurious, although the toilet not being a bidet is a bit unusual. The staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful, and professional.

My family and I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The Club Room Deluxe room exceeded our expectations with its separate dining area, living room, and bedroom. The appliances were new and modern, and the only thing missing was a desk, which didn't bother us since it was a family vacation. The service provided by the concierge team, especially Gray, Owen, Radek, and the others. They went above and beyond to take care of us, from providing recommendations before our arrival to assisting with reservations and translations during our stay. The hotel's location was also convenient, with Taikoo Li and other pedestrian areas just a short walk away. Taxis were easily available too. We will definitely consider staying here again if we're back in Chengdu.

This made it very easy for us to explore the city by foot and visit the tourist spots. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with the room being spacious and well-equipped. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a vast variety of dishes to choose from. The staff were attentive and helpful, especially a member of the concierge who offered us great suggestions for local events and assisted us with taxis.

Breakfast was okay and so were the cocktails. Location wasn't bad either. The room was decent and clean, and their complimentary shuttle was a nice touch.
